Your area of work

The Tax Unit handles certification and taxation part of dividend and interest payments. We receive and process certification for our clients and reclaim the tax on clients' behalf via tax reclaim.

Working in a dynamic and international environment, you will contribute to assuring internal and external customers receive quality service throughout the whole processing chain.

Your responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and process customers' instructions and documentation
• Prepare files for tax reclaims
• Check source documents for accuracy
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
• Scan or transcribe information into required electronic format

Your profile

• Studying university or training as a bank officer
• Customer oriented, communicating, team player with resistance to stress
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• PC literate and proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
• Professional experience in the financial sector is an asset
